Education Support Services

The government’s careers strategy, published in December 2017, set out that every school and academy providing secondary education should use the Gatsby Benchmarks to develop and improve their careers provision.  Meeting these requirements is often challenging, time-consuming and costly for schools to implement and maintain.  Our careers support service provides much-needed guidance and helps to ensure every education setting implements the Gatsby Benchmarks to improve your overall provision and meet statutory requirements.

Our Commitment to Excellent Education Support

We believe everyone deserves to reach their full potential through education. That's why we're dedicated to providing exceptional education support services, empowering learners of all ages and abilities. Our commitment to quality, ethics, and effective, evidence-based practices is central to everything we do. We're more than just a service provider; we're your partner in education, striving to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Our comprehensive adherence to Ofsted expectations, regulatory compliance, the Quality in Careers Standard, the CDI Code of Ethics, and the updated Gatsby Benchmarks is a public declaration of our unwavering dedication to providing ethical, responsible, and truly future-focused education support. When you choose us, you're choosing a partner committed to the highest standards, ensuring every learner, especially those in priority groups, has the best possible chance to succeed.

We demonstrate this commitment through our rigorous adherence to Ofsted expectations and regulatory compliance for careers education and ensuring the best outcomes for priority groups of learners. This is further strengthened by our commitment to the Quality in Careers Standard, our adherence to the CDI Code of Ethics, and our alignment with the updated Gatsby Benchmarks from September 2025. These aren't just guidelines; they are fundamental pillars guiding our comprehensive and impactful support. By aligning with these national standards, we reinforce our promise: our services are built on proven methodologies and ethical principles, designed to prepare individuals for successful futures and meet the highest benchmarks for educational provision in England.

Our Approach to Education Support

Building on our robust compliance and adherence to these critical frameworks,

our approach to education support is characterised by several core principles.

Personalised Learning Journeys

Every learner is unique. We reject a

one-size-fits-all approach, working collaboratively with each individual, their families, and relevant stakeholders to develop highly personalised support plans. These plans are dynamic, regularly reviewed, and adapted as the learner progresses, truly tailored to unlock their potential and guide them towards their chosen future. This personalisation is particularly crucial for priority groups, ensuring their specific needs are comprehensively met.

Holistic Support

Education doesn't happen in a vacuum. Our support extends beyond academics to encompass a holistic view of

well-being. This includes developing essential life skills, fostering

social-emotional growth, enhancing communication, and building confidence. We aim to support the individual in becoming a well-rounded and independent learner, prepared for success in all aspects of life and for their next steps.

Inclusive Environments

We're passionate about creating and advocating for inclusive educational environments where diversity is celebrated, and all learners feel valued. Our services help individuals thrive in mainstream settings, where appropriate, bridging any gaps to ensure equitable access to learning and pathways to employment or further education.

Collaborative Partnerships

Effective support comes from strong partnerships. We work closely with students, parents, educators, and other professionals to create a cohesive and supportive network. Open communication and mutual understanding are key to ensuring consistent and complementary support, especially when it comes to careers and future planning for all learners, including those in priority groups.

Empowerment & Independence

Our ultimate goal is to empower learners to become as independent as possible. While providing comprehensive support, our focus is always on fostering

self-advocacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. We equip individuals with the tools and strategies needed to navigate their journey with confidence and self-reliance. Our role is to guide and facilitate.

What our Compliance and Adherence Mean for You

Our commitment to these interlocking frameworks signifies several critical aspects of our service delivery.

Robust Careers Education & Future Readiness

(Ofsted & Gatsby Benchmarks) Ofsted places significant emphasis on high-quality careers education, evaluating its contribution to 'personal development,' 'quality of education,' and 'destinations.' From September 2025, schools, colleges, and independent training providers (ITPs) are expected to adopt the updated Gatsby Benchmarks. Our compliance means our support is designed to equip learners with the knowledge, skills, and experiences needed for their future pathways. We integrate these strengthened benchmarks into our individualised learning plans and coaching, ensuring effective results in preparing individuals for the world of work and further education. We adhere to statutory guidance, providing impartial information about all post-16 and post-18 routes, including apprenticeships and technical education. We continuously review and update our practices to align with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices, ensuring your investment translates into meaningful progress in navigating future options.

Dedicated Support for Priority Groups of Learners

(Ofsted & Gatsby Benchmarks) Ofsted specifically scrutinises how educational providers support all learners, with particular attention paid to specific groups. Our services are meticulously designed to identify and address the unique needs of priority groups of learners, including (but not limited to) those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND,) disadvantaged learners, looked-after children, and those for whom English is an additional language. The updated Gatsby Benchmarks place even greater emphasis on tailoring support to the needs of each young person, especially vulnerable or disadvantaged individuals. We ensure our support is tailored to overcome potential barriers, promote equitable access, and provide these learners with the targeted guidance and resources necessary to achieve positive outcomes and successful transitions. Our ethical framework, further detailed by the CDI, prioritises treating every individual with dignity and valuing their unique needs and aspirations.

Ethical Standards & Professionalism

Our practices are underpinned by the CDI Code of Ethics. This strict code governs all our interactions, emphasising respect, integrity, confidentiality, and a person-centred approach. It means we always prioritise the best interests of the individuals we support. Our team is trained not only in effective support techniques but also in upholding the highest ethical standards, ensuring impartiality, transparency, and a strong duty of care. You can trust that our services are delivered with honesty and a genuine commitment to creating a safe and supportive learning environment, where your privacy and well-being are always protected.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

The Quality in Careers Standard is the single national quality award for CEIAG, fully aligned with the updated Gatsby Benchmarks. Our commitment to achieving and maintaining this standard, alongside our adherence to Ofsted's framework, means we are committed to continuous self-evaluation and improvement. We regularly review our provision against inspection criteria and the Standards' requirements, ensuring our services are consistently high-quality and effective. Our rigorous internal quality assurance processes are designed to align with these frameworks, ensuring we are always striving for excellence and are fully accountable for the outcomes of the learners we support.
