Think of a career as a journey, a roadmap with twists, turns, and multiple paths. Today's world is dynamic, and people are more likely than ever to change jobs or take on new roles. My goal is to help young people navigate these decisions with confidence.
Through one-to-one career guidance, I provide a safe space for students to explore their interests, values, and strengths. These conversations help them develop the self-awareness needed to make informed choices about their education and career aspirations.

Every student deserves a career journey that is tailored to their individual needs. I am particularly dedicated to supporting vulnerable and underrepresented groups, including learners with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), those with long-term health conditions, and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

A holistic approach ensures that guidance is accessible and effective for all learners, including those who may need additional support or have shorter attention spans. For students with SEND, this process is integrated into transition planning, aligning with the DfE SEND Code of Practice (2015) to prepare them for adulthood.
