We serve a diverse range of clients, including job seekers, FE students, ex-offenders, HE students, school pupils, individuals in custody, employees, employers, graduates, clients with special educational needs/ difficulties, and neurodiverse clients.

Our services are delivered through various convenient methods, including travel to the client, internet-based services, telephone services, and written resources, guides, and books.

We offer a range of high-quality, needs-led, and balanced education for all learners aged

16-24, Ofqual-accredited and IoEE/ SFEDI-accredited Entry Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications. 


As an organisation, we are working towards quality assurance through accreditation with BASE, Matrix Standard and aim to be a centre of excellence by sharing our expertise within the wider community.​

Tailored Curriculum

Our differentiated provision ensures learners gain the knowledge and cultural capital needed for success. We explicitly teach skills like resilience, self-confidence, independence, social skills, and

self-esteem.

Progress and Achievement

Most learners develop good knowledge, understanding, and skills across the curriculum, making excellent progress from their starting points. Learners also achieve well in accredited courses at the end of Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5.

Work-Related Learning (WRL)

 Our 16-19 curriculum is planned to equip learners with sufficient knowledge and skills for future learning and employment. We promote links with schools/ colleges and local businesses in a range of sectors to participate in relevant work-related opportunities.

Careers Guidance

We provide comprehensive careers guidance and transition support across key stages, with learners from Year 8 to Year 14 regularly meeting with an independent CIAG adviser. We ensure that every learner has at least one meaningful workplace experience during their programme of study, as a key component of our 16-19 study programmes.

Parents & Carer Engagement

We have a clear approach to engaging parents and carers throughout our careers programme, focusing on information sharing and supporting their involvement in opportunities.

Continuous Improvement

We maintain a high quality of teaching and learning, continuously refining our curriculum to meet the changing needs of learners. We also have a current strategic careers plan aligned to ITP priorities, which is regularly monitored by leaders.

What We Offer:
Supported Apprenticeships: Combining work-related study with practical workplace training, enhanced by specialised job coach support.

Supported Shared Apprenticeships: As a supported employment provider, we act as the employer, providing the contract and paying the apprentice, while the host employer offers a work placement. This allows for up to three employers during the apprenticeship.

This certification signifies a comprehensive understanding of the independent advocate's role, adhering to the highest standards of practice outlined in the Advocacy Charter and Code of Practice.
